Metalwork design and fabrication

I am an artist who began as a jeweler in the early 1990s. During this period, I took a course at the École de Joaillerie de Montréal.

Today, my artistic activity is fully directed toward the composition of works in metal. Obviously, my work requires cutting (plasma), soldering and occasionally melting metal, such as brass, copper or aluminum to increase the extent of my creations.

My strength being creativity, this allows me to be extremely diverse in my projects: tables, clocks, fish, paintings made of metal (what we call métrail), chairs, benches, indoor and outdoor sculptures, monumental sculptures, bathroom vanities and the list goes on.

In my compositions, I sometimes call on other artistic disciplines such as cabinetwork, stained glass, concrete, paint, etc.

A visit to my showroom will give you an idea of the extent of my creations.

I was born in Coaticook in 1945 and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1972.
