Ceramics

As a potter, I like to throw, sculpt or slip-cast pieces. Each technique has its advantages and disadvantages. I take pleasure in choosing the technique I’m going to use for each of my pieces, taking into account the desired rendering and function for each one.
I created the Ciel et Terre (Sky and Earth) tableware collection using cone-6 fired porcelain. It is decorated using a dripping technique, inspired by Jackson Pollock, in blue and green.
I also throw functional bird feeders. Each one is unique in shape or decoration.
Demand has also led me to create personalized funeral urns. As you can see, my production is extremely varied.
My latest collection, Feuilles d’automne (Autumn Leaves), is fashioned from real tree leaves that I print in clay and then shape into bowls, serving platters and wall decorations.
My studio is in St-Sébastien, and I would be delighted to welcome you by appointment.
