Mosaics

Working in the realm of mosaics allows me to channel an energy that comes from a certain anguish at seeing humans so lacking in wisdom and failing to safeguard their own living environment. Whether I’m feeling a deep sense of revolt that leads me to engage in the physical act of cutting and breaking, or a desire for inspiring meditation that leads me to rebuild another world, mosaic holds a profound symbolism for me. This symbolism is in direct line with my lifelong interest: the place of human beings in nature and their ability to bear witness to this place through an artistic approach.
